On this page
The Reports menu has three pages: Sales report, Daily deposits and Profit & loss. All three share the same filters at the top:
- From / To dates, or one tap on Today, Yesterday, This month.
- Staff (managers/owners): one person, or everyone.
- All branches together (owner only): ticked = every branch combined; unticked = the branch picked at the top.
A delivery man sees only his own sales and deposits, and no profit & loss.
Sales report

The boxes at the top: Sales (how many and the bill total), Gas, Others, Floor charge, Cash sales, Credit sales, Dues recovered, Commission, Expenses and Total deposit.
Below are four tables:
| Table | Shows |
|---|---|
| By product | For every cylinder: refills (count and ৳), packages (count and ৳), empties returned, total ৳ |
| By branch | (with all branches together) each branch's sales, total, cash, due |
| By person | Each seller's sales, total, cash, due and commission — compare delivery men here |
| By day | Each day's sales, total, cash, due |
Daily deposits

Every closed sheet is one line: Date, Staff, Total cash, Commission, Expenses, Deposit, Counted (cash counted by hand) and Credit sales. When the counted cash does not match the deposit the difference is coloured. The printer icon on the right prints that day's sheet. Totals of deposits and counted cash are at the bottom.
A missing day means that person did not close that day. When Home says "… earlier days are not closed yet", check here and close the remaining days from the Daily sheet.
Profit & loss

For owners and managers. It is worked out like this:
Net profit = Sales (gas + others) − Cost price + Floor charge − Commission − Expenses
- Cost price comes from "Refill cost / Package cost" in the price list on the day of each sale.
- The By month table shows each month's sales, cost, gross profit, floor, commission, expenses and net profit.
- The Expense heads table adds up the expenses entered on daily sheets by head — you see where the money goes.
If the profit & loss page is missing, it is not in your plan.
